3.5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any competition. In such cases, all entrants will receive a full refund or site credit.

4. Prize Draws

4.1. Winners are selected using a certified random number generator or live draw as specified for each competition.

4.2. The draw will take place on the date specified or within 48 hours of all tickets being sold, whichever is sooner.

4.3. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw.

4.4. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.

5. Prizes

5.2. Cash alternatives may be offered at our discretion.

5.3. Physical prizes will be delivered to a UK mainland address within 28 days of claim verification. Additional charges may apply for non-mainland UK delivery.

5.4. Prize winners are responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize (e.g., insurance, road tax, fuel for vehicles).

6. Instant Wins

6.1. Some competitions feature instant win prizes allocated to specific ticket numbers.

6.2. Instant win numbers are pre-determined before tickets go on sale using a random number generator.

6.3. If you purchase a ticket with an instant win number, you will be notified immediately and the prize will be credited or dispatched accordingly.

7. Site Credits & Wallet

7.1. Site credits can be used to purchase competition entries.

7.2. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

7.3. Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

7.4. We reserve the right to void credits obtained through fraud or abuse.

8. User Accounts
